• Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World • Prioritizing key customer Fall Protection opportunities in the Tennessee • Managing Fall Protection penetration within key end-user and distributor customers • Providing Fall Protection regional training and support to both internal core sales team and external customer base utilizing a Fall Protection demo truck • Supporting training program development and materials with Training Managers • Assisting in prioritization of key new Fall Protection products

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND seven (7) years of Fall Protection and/or Safety industry products experience in a private, public, government, or military environment OR Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND three (3) years of Fall Protection and/or Safety industry products experience in a private, public, government, or military environment • Current, valid Driver’s License • Five (5) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment • Ability to speak both English and Spanish languages is considered for this role • Experience with Fall Protection product categories • Safety Industry experience, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
