• Provide comprehensive support to the Sales & Strategy executive leadership team • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items • Act as a liaison between the Sales & Strategy executive team and stakeholders • Draft and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence • Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects • Support implementation of process improvements • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Collect data to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive assistance or administration • Project management experience is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field • Advanced degrees or certifications in executive management are a plus
