Description

• Responsible for selling the company’s products or services to new accounts with 500-1500 total employees; • You will have thorough knowledge of the 8x8's products/services, identify customer needs and determine optimal company products & services to effectively address customer's needs; • Develops account specific plans to optimize sales through successful execution of account strategy; • Identifies and resolves customer issues/problems by providing appropriate resources and/or materials to address problem/issue; • Updates customer information in company systems; • Responsible for meeting/exceeding assigned revenue targets.

Requirements

• 2+ year successful sales experience selling SaaS/UCaaS/CCaaS/VoIP products to customers with 500-1,500 employees; • Closes deals of minimal complexity involving one product in most situations; • Has moderate knowledge level of core products; • Works on problems of limited scope applying consultative analysis of the customer situation; • Requires some manager support on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments; • Salesforce.com experience; • Experience in forecasting and pipeline management.
