• Develop and execute a strategy to recruit and onboard prospective partners. • Conduct engaging and informative presentations to prospective partners. • Coordinate sales, technical, operational, and product presentations. • Create onboarding plans to ensure partner success and speed to revenue. • Build rapport and develop and maintain partner relationships. • Work closely with legal to negotiate contract terms. • Ensure executive alignment between 8x8 and prospective partners’ principals. • Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement outbound campaigns. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. • Experience in recruiting and onboarding VAR and MSP partners. • CCaaS and UCaaS Industry knowledge and expertise with channel partner management. • Understanding of the VAR and MSP Selling motion. • Strong sales and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and tactful diplomacy. • Ability to deliver impactful presentations to executives. • Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
