Description
• Seeking a tactical and strategic National Sales Director to lead a team of Account Executives • Play a key role in leading a highly visible team generating revenues • Contributing to corporate sales strategy and achieving Regional Sales objectives • Positioning best-in-class solutions across Unified Communications, Contact Centers, and Communication Platform as a Service
Requirements
• A strong background in SaaS Software and Communications Sales preferably with experience in Contact Center • Extensive track record of new business sales supported by strong presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C Level • Strong success in recruiting, coaching and managing an exceptional sales team • Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas • Experience working with and developing Channel relationships • Understanding of multiple Sales Methodologies particularly relevant to today's SaaS and Cloud Communications industry • Experienced in driving sales process and drive effective working relationships with Sales Operations • A proven ability to build long term strategic and senior-level relationships • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment
