β’ Director responsible for developing payer marketing strategies for global commercialization. β’ Set direction of payer marketing and market development strategies. β’ Define payer research plans and identify reimbursement pathways. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful market access and reimbursement strategies.
β’ B.A. or B.S. Degree Required. β’ MBA preferred. β’ Minimum of 6 years' experience in any combination of the following areas: marketing, product marketing, payor/reimbursement, pricing and contracts and/or sales experience. β’ Medical device or other pharma experience desirable. β’ Experience in diabetes industry with a payer/reimbursement role is optimal. β’ Excellent communication and analytical skills. β’ Demonstrated experience at organizing and leading cross functional teams.
