• Drive growth of Abbott Nutrition products through the development of strategic partnerships with key wholesaler and retailer partners. • Develop and execute retailer and wholesaler promotional plans with key Abbott customers. • Develop a deep understanding and relationship of all National Key Account stakeholders and decision makers at the executive level. • Gain new business and grow existing business through building confidence in and loyalty to Abbott Nutrition products. • Provide guidance and insight into National accounts and where opportunities and obligations lie. • Drive growth with key wholesale and retail partners in the Pacific Islands.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Business. • Sales experience within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Industry is essential. • Experience working strategically with wholesalers, banners and distributors. • Experience liaising with Retail team RSM and driving retail team KPI’s. • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with strong ability to influence and negotiate at all levels. • Strong business acumen and analytical skills. • Experience managing key Pacific Islands wholesaler and retailers is highly desirable. • Flexibility for interstate travel.
