• Position Overview: Remote position in the Medical Devices Digital Solutions organization • Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to join our Digital Solutions Business Unit • Role will focus on selling our cutting-edge interoperability solution, • Integrates data from Abbott devices directly into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on digital health solutions and/or medical devices • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth • Strong understanding of the cardiovascular service line and the customer landscape within U.S. hospitals • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Passion for digital health and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through innovative technology solutions • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence • Highly developed interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of influence management with key provider decision makers
