Description

• Working at Abbott means you can do work that matters, grow, and learn. • Design, develop, and implement sales training programs relating to disease state, ADC Products, selling skills and competitive products. • Collaborate with other members of the Sales Training team including Sr. NSTs, Regional Sales Trainers, Marketing and Market Access as needed. • Contribute and manage content in the sales learning management system (Allego). • Stay current on industry and market trends, assessing the potential impact on customer group and designing the training curriculum appropriately.

Requirements

• Required Bachelor’s degree • 3-5 years overall business experience. • 2+ years of experience in a sales role. • Demonstrated track record of high achievement. • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. • Very good overall computer skills; proficient in Microsoft suite of products, advanced application in PowerPoint. • Preferred Skills: Prior sales training experience. • Prior experience as a District Sales Trainer. • Very good knowledge of diagnostic industry, market, market access and customers. • Familiar with modern training platforms such as Allego or similar. • Familiar with regulatory copy approval process. • Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting ADC products and selling practices in device industry.
