Description
• Plan, direct, coordinate and support activities of MSLs in a designated region • Coach and mentor medical level professionals (MSLs) • Report to a therapeutic Field Medical Lead • Develop, implement and monitor MSL strategies and tactics • Ensure optimal trial performance through engagement and collaboration
Requirements
• Must live in the territory or be willing to self-relocate • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences required • Advanced degree preferred in relevant scientific discipline • Doctorate strongly preferred in a health science or clinical discipline • 3-5 years’ experience (greater than 7 years preferred) • Oncology experience preferred • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Advanced communication skills both oral, written and presentation • Ability to manage multiple priorities
