• Responsible for the development of platforms and applications for Optavise • Directs and manages a team of Developers, Project Managers, Engineers • Analyze current technology for efficiency and accuracy • Collaborate with project managers to measure system use and allocation • Develop or upgrade technology to pursue company goals • Work closely with delivery, marketing, and product teams
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of equivalent experience • 7 - 10 years of experience in working with solution architecture, software development process and benefits administration • at least five years of previous management experience managing a team of application product developers/implementers or similar
