Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in GxP pharma or biotech • Lean Six Sigma Green-Belt certification minimum required • Operational excellence hands-on experience required • Experience with small and large molecule development, manufacturing, supply chain or Quality preferable • Experience with global multi-national companies is highly desired • Advanced facilitation skills and change agent abilities • Deep analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Cultural dexterity in work environments • Ability to effectively collaborate in a high-paced dynamic environment • Fluent in English required
