• Plans, directs, coordinates, and supports activities of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) • Coaches and mentors medical professionals in a therapeutic region • Works cross-functionally within U.S. Medical Affairs • Responsible for strategic planning, financial management, and performance management • Ensures optimal trial performance through teamwork and collaboration with clinical operations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences required • Advanced degree preferred in relevant scientific discipline • Doctorate strongly preferred in health science or clinical discipline • 3-5 years experience in pharmaceutical field-based or related experience required • Oncology experience preferred • Ability to work in cross-functional teams • Excellent planning and organizational skills
