Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data in a clear, actionable manner. • Experience processing employee lifecycle transactions and troubleshooting issues in an HRIS (hiBob experience is a plus). • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage confidential data and information. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. • Experience with process improvement and a passion for continuous improvement initiatives. • Preferred Skills: • Experience in a global fast-paced, scaling organization. • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel. • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and employment laws across multiple countries.
