• Define a winning sales strategy and roadmap for Verily’s products/solutions, addressing Payor and Provider customers. • Empower and guide a high-performing sales team, foster a collaborative environment. • Lead the strategic sales processes from lead generation to close. • Accountable for Bookings, Revenue, Usage/Consumption and Customer Satisfaction. • Build and maintain strong external relationships with customers and partners. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to lead execution of our commercial strategy. • Deeply understand and prioritize customer needs and synthesize customer feedback.
• BA/BS degree with 15+ years of experience in payor/provider/healthcare B2B focused sales, strategic partnerships, and business development. • 7+ years in leading a sales team and the effective management thereof. • Successful sales history and consistent quota attainment. • Good customer acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to develop lasting relationships with senior decision-makers.
