β€’ Define a winning sales strategy and roadmap for Verily’s products/solutions, addressing Payor and Provider customers. β€’ Empower and guide a high-performing sales team, foster a collaborative environment. β€’ Lead the strategic sales processes from lead generation to close. β€’ Accountable for Bookings, Revenue, Usage/Consumption and Customer Satisfaction. β€’ Build and maintain strong external relationships with customers and partners. β€’ Work closely with cross-functional teams to lead execution of our commercial strategy. β€’ Deeply understand and prioritize customer needs and synthesize customer feedback.

Requirements

β€’ BA/BS degree with 15+ years of experience in payor/provider/healthcare B2B focused sales, strategic partnerships, and business development. β€’ 7+ years in leading a sales team and the effective management thereof. β€’ Successful sales history and consistent quota attainment. β€’ Good customer acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to develop lasting relationships with senior decision-makers.
