β€’ Join Monogoto as a Sales Director and play a pivotal role in driving our growth while advancing your personal development and career. β€’ This position is well-suited for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales. β€’ Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will assume responsibility for taking sales initiatives, achieving annual quotas for new and expanding business, and managing existing accounts. β€’ This hands-on role requires proactive engagement in all aspects of sales activities, from prospecting, lead generation to deal closure. β€’ Sales Director: Serve as a quota-carrying seller, overseeing existing and new accounts. β€’ Strive to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through effective prospecting and lead qualification. β€’ Implement sales strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach, to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline. β€’ Foster strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. β€’ Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification, initial contact, contract negotiation, and closure. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver exceptional service.
