Description

• Collaborate closely with the Brüel & Kjær Vibro Sales team and NSK team. • Demonstrate strong leadership by effectively communicating the company's vision and translating it into measurable outcomes. • Guide, motivate and control the sales team. • Actively develop and train employees, leading by example. • Give extensive guidance on work prioritization, customer portfolio specific programs and activities, tactical behaviour, pricing strategy etc. • Implement a system that enables the sales team to evaluate potential customers in a transparent and trackable method. • Ensure full transparency on opportunity qualification all over the sales process. • Implement and enforce a standardized sales process with distinct steps that must be run in a specific sequence. • Ensure that each lead is evaluated thoroughly before any resource is allocated. • Enforce and actively participate in elaboration of sales playground / manuals and standard processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Engineering or a related field. • Several years of managerial experience in leading a sales team of at least five sales representatives. • Sales experiences have ideally been achieved from sales of products / solutions / services towards the industries of Hydrocarbons Processing, Thermal Power, Hydro Power. • Experience in selling to other industries like Cement, Metals, Mining, Pharma & Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, Wind is welcome. • Experienced in implementing sales tools like sales calculations, quality gate processes, opportunity qualification processes, development plans, customer potential analyses etc. • Proven experience with Trade compliance / Export Control regulations and processes. • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in working efficiently and effectively within a global cross-functional and cross-cultural international business and team environment in support of company objectives. • Ability to motivate teams, and simultaneously manage challenging assignments. • Ability to interface with and build relationships on all levels of the organization and to effectively influence key stakeholders as trusted advisor, where required. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent organizational skills with ability to (continuously) prioritize. • Flexibility with respect to working hours and travel; the role requires up to 50% travel, both domestic and international. • Due to our business needs, it would be an advantage for this position if you live on the east coast.
