Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing industrial and manufacturing accounts; scrap industry experience is a bonus. • Proven track record in past sales roles of creating top-of-funnel, qualifying leads, and closing enterprise accounts. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Self-starter with a “roll-up your sleeves” mentality and a bias for action. • Entrepreneurial drive, discipline, and a willingness to learn. • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines. • High comfort level with desktop software and mobile apps. • Alignment with Outlast’s core values. • Bachelor's Degree.
