📋 Description
• As Director of Renewals, you will partner with multiple teams to track, retain, and renew partners. • Ensure consistent process execution and develop strategies to limit risk and ensure renewals. • This role is critical for maintaining revenue predictability and driving expansion opportunities within the partner base.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in renewals, partner success, or account management in a HealthTech environment • 3+ years managing renewals processes • Proven track record of high retention rates and churn reduction • Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a focus on win-win outcomes • Data-driven mindset with experience in forecasting and pipeline management • Deep understanding of subscription-based revenue models and customer lifecycle management
