Requirements

Several years of experience as a People Partner within high-growth environments.•Expertise in partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives.•Proficiency in leading performance and compensation review processes and workforce planning.•Strong organizational and time management skills.•High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.•Polished written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and colleagues.•Proven experience managing competing priorities and making strategic decisions.
