πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Manage the full Sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals for mid-size opportunities. β€’ Maintain and grow revenue from existing and prospect customers by selling and cross-selling our solutions into new departments. β€’ Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in existing and prospect customer organizations. β€’ Work closely with Account Directors within region to develop and execute on sales strategies within territories. β€’ Identify customer and prospect needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. β€’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecast opportunities and records in the CRM system. β€’ Lead and contribute to RFP responses. β€’ Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction. β€’ Meet annual Sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. β€’ 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably with enterprise software β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β€’ Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and time management skills. β€’ Proficiency with CRM software and Sales tools. β€’ Prior experience in correctly qualifying new opportunities and accurately forecasting. β€’ Ability to travel in excess of 50%
