Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience – you’ve seen it all and are ready for more! Add in bachelors or equivalent work experience… • Global recruiting experience – you’ve navigated different markets and know how to tailor your approach. • A relationship-building superstar – candidates, hiring managers, and peers trust you, and you communicate like a pro. • You’re agile and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. • Experience with an ATS and recruitment tools is a given – you know how to work smarter, not harder. • You bring the energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to making our hiring process as inclusive and diverse as possible. • A strategic thinker with a “get-it-done” attitude – you’re always ready to roll up your sleeves.
