• Quench is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner who will lead full lifecycle recruiting for key business groups while developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies across multiple functions. • This role involves not only handling the day-to-day recruitment process but also playing a strategic role in driving HR projects and building strong partnerships with business leaders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting across diverse roles and levels, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment metrics and goals. • Familiarity with recruitment data analysis and ability to make recommendations for continuous improvement. • Passionate about driving HR projects and initiatives beyond recruitment. • Understanding of HR principles and best practices, with the ability to stay current on industry recruiting trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the organization. • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, as well as recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.
