β€’ Quench is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner who will lead full lifecycle recruiting for key business groups while developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies across multiple functions. β€’ This role involves not only handling the day-to-day recruitment process but also playing a strategic role in driving HR projects and building strong partnerships with business leaders.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in high-volume recruiting across diverse roles and levels, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment metrics and goals. β€’ Familiarity with recruitment data analysis and ability to make recommendations for continuous improvement. β€’ Passionate about driving HR projects and initiatives beyond recruitment. β€’ Understanding of HR principles and best practices, with the ability to stay current on industry recruiting trends. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the organization. β€’ Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, as well as recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.
