Description

• As the Senior Manager of Talent Management and Development, you will lead the charge in building and nurturing a high-performance culture by developing and implementing talent strategies that align with our ambitious growth plans. • The incumbent will ​develop and implement best-in-class talent management initiatives for Storyblok with a focus on leadership development, performance management and learning & development, in alignment with Storyblok’s strategic aims and objectives. • This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued success of a scale-up organization, fostering talent excellence and ensuring our teams are equipped for success.

Requirements

• Prior 6-8 years of relevant work experience, of those a few years of experience in leading talent management and development teams with a focus on scale-up environments, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry. • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing talent development programs, leadership initiatives, and talent pipeline strategies in fast-paced environments. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing work environment and adapt talent strategies to evolving business needs. • Global mindset and experience in working with internal diverse teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Excellent English skills and understanding of working internationally as well as a strong sense of cultural sensitivity • Top-notch attention to detail, organization skills, including ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously • Analytical skills • Problem solving skills and resourcefulness • Curiosity • Open to feedback and trustworthy
