Description

• The Senior Manager of Human Resource Business Services is responsible for managing and delivering HR business services to Shine Early Learning’s partners. • Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, managing their HR service needs. • Ensures timely and effective delivery of all HR services to partners. • Collaborates with internal teams to customize HR solutions for each partner's unique needs. • Analyzes HR metrics and KPIs to demonstrate the value of services provided. • Works closely with other teams to ensure integrated service delivery. • Mentors junior team members and share expertise across the organization.

Requirements

• Associate degree in human resources required; Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field preferred. • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in HR. • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a professional setting required; demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development preferred. • PHR or SHRM-CP certification or higher preferred. • Physical exam and background checks are required for this position. • Travel required locally or long-distance up to 30% of the time for work-related meetings and functions. • Must have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
