• For over twenty years, Cinterra has provided specialized electrical utility and solar construction services. • HR Generalist will provide full-cycle human resources support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. • Critical role in fostering a positive work environment by managing employee relations, recruitment, EEO compliance, policy creation, and overall HR operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, ideally within the construction industry or a similar high-demand, labor-intensive sector. • Experience in recruiting for craft and trade positions, with a strong understanding of skilled labor workforce needs. • Proven expertise in employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and performance management. • Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. • Demonstrated knowledge of EEO laws, affirmative action plans, and diversity and inclusion best practices.
