Description

• Align and optimize HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and customer success tools to support end-to-end revenue operations, ensuring a unified system that drives growth. • Develop and implement scalable workflows, automations, and processes that enhance revenue cycle efficiency, including lead management, customer retention, and sales operations. • Manage and maintain revenue-focused dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights across marketing, sales, and customer success teams, facilitating data-driven decision-making. • Integrate third-party tools and applications with HubSpot to support RevOps initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and seamless information flow between systems. • Regularly audit HubSpot’s platform to identify areas for improvement, ensuring that workflows, data, and processes remain optimized for revenue growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing, sales, and customer success) to provide solutions that improve customer acquisition, retention, and expansion efforts. • Lead the continuous optimization of HubSpot’s revenue operations tools, including setting up attribution models, customer journey tracking, and pipeline management processes. • Maintain and improve the CRM database quality, ensuring the data is clean, accurate, and usable for effective revenue operations. • Train and support internal teams on HubSpot best practices to ensure that all departments are using the platform effectively to drive revenue. • Work closely with leadership to identify and implement HubSpot-driven strategies that support the company's overall revenue goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist or RevOps Specialist, with deep knowledge of how HubSpot’s tools can drive revenue operations. • Expertise in building and managing HubSpot workflows, automations, and sequences that directly impact revenue performance. • Strong proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and data analysis, with a focus on revenue growth, customer journeys, and operational metrics. • Technical skills in integrating third-party applications with HubSpot, especially tools related to marketing, sales, and customer success. • Solid understanding of RevOps principles, with experience managing the full revenue cycle from lead generation to customer retention and expansion. • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities, able to diagnose and optimize the HubSpot platform for better revenue outcomes. • Strong collaboration skills, able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate RevOps strategies into actionable plans. • HubSpot certifications (preferred), with additional certifications in revenue operations or related fields a plus. • Ability to manage multiple projects independently, driving impactful results across the revenue operations spectrum.
