β’ Advise and assist clients by explaining coverage options/exclusions and making coverage recommendations β’ Responds to client service requests in a timely manner that will avoid potential E&O issues β’ Provide in house customer service to clients as assigned and requested β’ Review aged receivables and send out direct notice of cancellation per agency procedures β’ Review current coverage, recommend changes in coverage or markets, and actively solicit increase in coverage or rounding out of account β’ Prepare summaries of insurance and recommend coverages to avoid potential E&O issues β’ Maintain client accounts on agency automation system, document conversations, properly attach documents, send confirmations to insured β’ Participate in seminars and other training for knowledge and skill development
β’ High School diploma β’ 220 license β’ Minimum 5 years commercial lines experience, specifically with Community Association clientele in the state of Florida β’ Must have excellent computer skills and the ability to learn agency automation system and other automation/internet programs as required β’ Proficient in the use of windows based operating system and Microsoft Office products (2007 or above), including Word, Excel and Outlook β’ Strong typing skills β’ Effective communication skills β’ Strong organizational skills β’ Attention to detail β’ Ability to respond to requests effectively and efficiently.
