β€’ Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries from policyholders and prospects. β€’ Provide information about insurance products, coverage, and policies. β€’ Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations. β€’ Investigate and resolve policyholder complaints, billing issues, and claims inquiries. β€’ Assist policyholders in filing claims and provide guidance on claim procedures. β€’ Handle escalated customer service issues and collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems. β€’ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update policyholder information as required. β€’ Promote additional insurance products and services to policyholders. β€’ This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent. β€’ Preferably 1-2 years of experience in customer service, in the insurance industry. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. β€’ Property & Casualty License preferred. β€’ Willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire required.
