• ActBlue is a nonprofit that builds tech and infrastructure for Democratic campaigns and causes. • Principal People Business Partner will support product, engineering, and executive teams. • Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to the organization. • Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan for business strategies. • Proactively solve complex problems and design solutions across multiple disciplines.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MA/MS/MBA degree preferred) • 8-10+ years of People Business Partner / Senior Management experience • 5+ years people management experience • Experience across all areas of P&C: Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, DEIB, Employee Experience, Talent and Performance Management, Total Rewards and Employee Relations • Deep business acumen and a track record of translating business strategies into impactful talent plans, supporting enterprise customers • Demonstrated experience as a strong cross functional collaborator and influencer. Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders and advocate change through strategic influence rather than authority. • Expertise in consulting and coaching leaders at all levels in the organization • Demonstrated track record of driving DEIB programs and commitment to building unbiased processes for employee key lifecycle moments (hiring, onboarding, performance management, talent planning, etc.) • Strategic problem solver, with the ability to anticipate risk and proactively suggest long-term solutions, weaving in data and insights as needed • Demonstrated project management and change management experience • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships • Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills with an ability to tailor content to different audiences as needed
