β€’ Drive research to ensure comprehensive and deep customer understanding, driving that knowledge into and throughout the GTM teams (Revenue, Product & Marketing) β€’ Design and build an impactful Product marketing team β€’ Work with marketing and revenue executives to develop and implement marketing strategies and programs that drive ActiveCampaign performance and increased market share β€’ Drive the strategy and plan for product launches and releases across all GTM teams β€’ Directly partner with marketing, product, and revenue teams to effectively design and optimize our GTM processes to drive innovation and improved performance β€’ Enable the revenue teams in the effective articulation of our value proposition, market story, and competitive insights through various training, tools, and content β€’ Drive product positioning and messaging that is compelling, differentiated, and resonant β€’ Drive competitive insights and analysis through effective industry and competitive evaluation, consistently ensuring differentiation, innovation, and speed to market β€’ Work with the brand and revenue and performance marketing leaders to drive targeting and messaging/creative alignment for all GTM programs and campaigns β€’ Serve as a key public storyteller, working with analysts, press, and directly with customers β€’ Partner directly with product management throughout the entire product development life-cycle

Requirements

β€’ 12+ years in Marketing and/or related field with the majority of time in product marketing, with 8+ years in people leadership β€’ SaaS Experience β€’ MarTech or adjacent industry experience β€’ An exceptional storyteller both internally and externally that skillfully communicate product value and differentiation β€’ Superb communications skills across all mediums, and all levels of the organization β€’ Success in planning, building, and executing GTM processes with our revenue and product partners, effectively helping to drive the entire ActiveCampaign GTM engine to success β€’ Drive a mentality of continuous optimization, growth, and performance throughout the marketing team β€’ Experience in both SMB and Enterprise B2B is preferred.
