Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus • 10+ years of progressive HR experience • Strong knowledge of Canadian and US employment and labour laws • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is highly preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
