📋 Description
• At AdaptHealth we offer full-service home medical equipment products and services to empower patients to live their best lives – out of the hospital and in their homes. • Director of Human Resources is responsible for the Human Resource management of assigned region and operations within AdaptHealth. • Oversee various HR functional areas and projects to strengthen the breadth of their experience delivering on strategic HR initiative and contributing to the overall HR function. • Manage HR business partners within his/her coverage area. • Handle complex employee relations matters with an emphasis on reducing legal risk to the company. • Partner with Sr. Leadership on HR needs of the business. • Develop a true understanding of the operation and develop value-add HR initiatives which align and support with business goals. • Identify and implement areas for cost savings related to HR programs.
🎯 Requirements
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college • Five (5) years’ experience in HR transactional experience required • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional Human Resource (PHR) professional credentials preferred
