• Movable Ink scales content personalization for marketers through data-activated content generation and AI decisioning. • Seeking a Director of HR Operations, Technology & Analytics to lead the strategic evolution of HR systems. • Oversee the optimization of HR tech stack, data integrity, and employee experiences. • Ideal candidate has expertise in HRIS implementations, compliance, and process automation. • Responsibilities include designing scalable HR processes, evaluating HR tech stack, and managing analytics.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, and workforce analytics, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. • Experience collaborating with senior level stakeholders in Operations, Procurement, IT, Business Process or internal technology teams • Experience assessing and implementing multiple HRIS and HR technologies for a 300-1000 employee organization • Proven track record of driving process automation and efficiency in a scaling organization. • Deep analytical mindset with experience leveraging people data for strategic decision-making. • Demonstrated understanding of HR compliance, visa, data privacy, and reporting requirements • Experience working in a multi-country, cross cultural ecosystem, US, Canada, UK and Germany experience preferred
