β€’ The Sales Representative sells firm's products and services to clients β€’ Develops or expands accounts primarily through face-to-face sales β€’ Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments β€’ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers β€’ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships β€’ Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints β€’ Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule β€’ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments β€’ Analyze territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports β€’ Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities β€’ Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends β€’ Continuously improve through feedback β€’ Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion β€’ Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs β€’ Emphasize product features to highlight how they solve customer problems β€’ Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements β€’ Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships β€’ Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of proven work experience as a sales representative β€’ Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite β€’ Familiarity with BRM and CRM software and practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships β€’ Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales β€’ Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills β€’ Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills β€’ Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs β€’ Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
