β€’ Sell Cold Chain products and services at the mid to executive level β€’ Find and develop qualified new businesses using the existing network β€’ Manage the ongoing sales process in a leadership fashion β€’ Respond to and anticipate customer needs β€’ Convert Customer Needs into Customized Solutions β€’ Deliver incremental opportunities in established accounts β€’ Build partnership relationships with customers β€’ Effectively develop proposals and present them to customers β€’ Keep management informed of progress and account status

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of business-to-business sales experience β€’ Deep knowledge of Food Retail Market and Buying Practices β€’ Experience working in or selling into retail accounts β€’ Intermediate to advanced HVAC, lighting, refrigeration, and electronic controls experience β€’ Energy management/conservation experience or education
