Description

• Drive Development of in house apps and software. • Must be able to work across departments to meet needs of entire org. • Develop and implement the technology strategy to support business objectives and ensure alignment with company goals. • Oversee the management of technology projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technological needs and opportunities for improvement. • Ensure the security and integrity of data and technology systems. • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to assess their potential impact on the company. • Provide training and support for team members on new technologies and tools. • Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners to optimize resource allocation and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred. • Developer experience and experience being hands on with developers. • Must know (at a minimum) Javascript, Node.js, SQL, Vue, Nuxt. • Must be able to manage infra on: AWS, Heroku, Vercel, Digital Ocean. • Involved with successful launch of internal and external apps. • Proven 5+ years of experience in a technology management role. • Proven track record of successfully managing technology projects. • Strong understanding of data management, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies. • Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively. • Passion for regenerative agriculture and a desire to make a positive impact in the industry.
