Description

• Managing large national accounts • Building direct client relationships in support of sales efforts • Ensuring all projects meet client's goals and scope expectations • Provide training and mentoring to junior staff • Ensuring all projects are staffed and delivered on time

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting projects in commercial real estate • Previous experience performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) • Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD guidelines • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat • Willingness to travel if necessary • Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) preferred
