Description

• POSITION: National Client Manager / Senior Reviewer – Building Assessments • LOCATION: Flexible, nationwide • Managing large national accounts • Building direct client relationships in support of sales efforts • Serving as primary engineering or architectural lead for national accounts • Ensuring all projects are staffed, performed to high standards of quality, and delivered on time • Managing Building Assessment projects being completed by associate consultants • Ensuring all projects meet the client's goals and scope expectations • Provide training and mentoring to junior staff • Building an intimate, in-depth understanding of the client's goals

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting projects focused on commercial real estate • Previous experience performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) • Previous experience performing and reviewing Equity projects preferred • Experience assessing various property types • Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD guidelines strongly preferred • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Personable and able to communicate with people at all levels • Willingness to travel if necessary • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat • Significant design and/or construction experience • Experience in construction management preferred • Experience with managing various vendors and sub-contractors a plus • Bidding and project cost estimation experience
