📋 Description

• As the RNC ASM, you will play a crucial role in expanding Aeroseal’s presence in the residential construction market by directly engaging with potential and current home builders. • This will involve traveling within the assigned territory to meet with builders, HERS raters, and dealers to promote and demonstrate Aeroseal’s products, negotiate sales contracts, and influence the adoption of innovative solutions in new construction projects. • A successful candidate will be a driven self-starter, with a hunter mentality, confident in engaging in technical conversations, and capable of building strong relationships with customers to grow and maintain the sales pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, Communication, or Liberal Arts is preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated success in sales/business development, preferably in the construction industry or residential new construction product sales. • Technical Expertise: Experience working directly with builders, HERS raters, or in a similar capacity in the construction market is a plus. • Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative. • Sales Skills: Experience in lead generation, prospect management, and driving sales through cold calling, presentations, and relationship-building. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with potential customers and explain complex technical concepts clearly. • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team, including coordination with management and other departments. • Learning & Growth: A strong desire for continuous learning, staying updated with industry trends, and expanding professional knowledge.
