Description
• Provides leadership in the development of projects and programs intended to support and ensure alignment with Center-specific IT, business services, and data strategy development. • Advises the CDRH Director on issues involving technology development, data strategy, and how they can enable the center’s business processes to function efficiently. • Provides the Agency Chief Information Officer with advice as appropriate in this role. • The incumbent manages a multi-disciplinary program, providing leadership and management oversight to subordinate staff. • The incumbent plans, assigns, oversees, and directs the work to be accomplished, ensuring timely performance of a satisfactory amount and quality of work. • The incumbent determines the staffing levels needed, requests the resources required, and allocates personnel to perform the mission of the Office adequately and effectively. • The incumbent has responsibility for the development, establishment, and clearance of goals, objectives, and strategic plans for the Office.
