Description

• Develops and aligns Medical Affairs strategic plans • Serve as Medical Strategy lead for the Pfizer alliance • Oversee the strategy and development of Medical Affairs plans • Ensure cross-functional medical alignment with the US Field Medical team • Direct implementation of multi-modal medical education plans • Oversee development of scientific Publication Plans & Medical Advisory Board Plan • Play a visible role in medical/scientific community • Provide input into Medical Education program • Provide strategy for US Investigator Initiated Study program • Develop and oversee Medical Affairs annual operating budget

Requirements

• Advanced degree in medical science (MD, PharmD, PhD) • 8+ years of relevant Medical Affairs work experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry • Experience leading in a matrix team environment is considered a plus • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.) • Knowledge of database management (Veeva Vault, etc.)
