Description

• Provide the Perfect Client Experience (PCE) via telephone and email. • Handle complex inquiries and solve client problems. • Assist supervisors with front-line agent support. • Identify loan fraud and escalate for risk mitigation. • Mentor and train other Customer Service Reps. • Suggest changes to improve communications and business efficiencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. • Two years experience as a Customer Service Representative I or equivalent. • Strong interpersonal skills to identify need and resolve issues. • Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills. • Good written communication skills. • Ability to work with confidential information professionally. • Willingness to work a flexible schedule/overtime as needed. • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products preferred.
