• DOXA Insurance is an Indiana based holding company that acquires specialty, niche-focused insurance distribution companies • We support over 20 unique insurance entities and grow our family of companies • This role will be housed in our subsidiary, Bradshaw Insurance Group, a Transportation P&C Insurance MGA
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Property & Casualty Licensing required • Life & Health Licensing preferred • Five (5) years of sales and/or service experience in the commercial auto/trucking insurance industry preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, windows environment and other office technologies • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team • A proactive and results-oriented mindset
