• Sell our Genomics and Pathology product portfolio to customers in Spain, with a focus on academic research, biotech and biopharma customers. • Achieve sales growth targets by aligning with the Agilent Life Science & Diagnostics’s Group strategies. • Develop unique ways to reach customers and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with them. • Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle that will vary from days to years. • Attend exhibitions, organize on-site customer meetings and demonstrations, and offer portfolio support while coordinating with internal teams. • Provide accurate and timely sales reports in CRM systems, sharing insights from the sales territory. • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to identify trends and growth opportunities. • Support customers with product knowledge and technical expertise during the sales process. • Represent the company in key sales meetings and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Master’s Degree or PhD in Life Science • 3-5 equivalent experience in a similar role • Technical knowledge in molecular biology and genomics • Additional knowledge in cellular Biology and/or pathology is a plus • Strategic Selling Competence • Willingness to adopt new ways of connecting with customers • Proven presentation skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships • Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
