Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, instructional design, or corporate training, preferably within a B2B sales environment. • Proven experience in designing and developing effective sales training programs, with a strong portfolio of work samples. • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate), learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia production software. • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong project management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
