Description

β€’ Manage the end-to-end process of contracts using Agiloft's platform β€’ Responsible for technical customer support via phone, web, and email β€’ Work with developers to resolve customer issues β€’ Engage in software solution design and implementation β€’ Requires understanding of software and customer perspective β€’ Utilize wizard-based customization interface β€’ Ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and attention to detail β€’ 1-2 years of experience in technical support role

Requirements

β€’ 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role β€’ 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred β€’ Intelligence, creativity, and familiarity with web-based technologies β€’ Experience with database concepts, web-based technologies, and operating systems β€’ Excellent trouble-shooting and analytical skills β€’ Good judgment and capacity to evaluate situations β€’ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills β€’ Ability to interact politely with difficult customers β€’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities β€’ Initiative in seeking ways to contribute to company success β€’ Programming or IT/Sys Admin experience a plus β€’ Experience with Linux, IIS, and MySQL a plus
