Description
• Provide phone-based goal-oriented support services • Engage, build trust, and foster rapport with participants • Manage incoming transfer calls for continuity of care • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments • Maintain consistent contact with program participants • Advocate for participants' needs and intervene in crises • Conduct quality of life assessments when indicated • Utilize advanced interviewing techniques for self-management • Monitor participants' progress and adjust support accordingly • Educate participants on employer benefits • Utilize AiRCare’s support system effectively • Adhere to confidentiality and privacy compliance • Participate in professional development opportunities • Collaborate with colleagues for continuous learning • Meet performance metrics for service quality
Requirements
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline and/or related field • Valid, independent license in behavioral health • 2+ years experience providing evidence-based treatments • Thriving in a full caseload role • High proficiency in managing time and schedules • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a major asset • Availability to work specified hours
