• 7+ years of experience in technical sourcing, particularly in software engineering. • Proactive self-starter who navigates ambiguity with ease. • Familiarity with sourcing tools & platforms like LinkedIn, Gem, and Greenhouse. • Results-oriented, maintaining thoughtful and strategic approaches. • Strong attention to detail and storytelling ability with data. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Team oriented, enabling others to perform and fostering collaboration. • Insatiably curious and committed to lifelong learning.
