β’ 2+ years of sales experience β’ Salesforce experience required β’ Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals β’ Effective in dealing with C-suite of mid market to enterprise organizations β’ Experience with generating pipeline by cold calling and prospecting β’ Understanding of sales process and move accounts through sales stages effectively β’ Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals β’ Proven track-record creating highly targeted campaigns and messaging β’ Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome β’ Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ Problem-solving passion and service orientation β’ Show independence and flexibility in dealing with change management β’ Ability to execute on programs and projects with minimal resources β’ Composed, poised and professional demeanor in all situations β’ Strong problem-solving and service orientation β’ Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals β’ Competitive team player β’ Avid learner of Technology β’ Ability to build positive relationships and influence β’ Strong communications and interpersonal skills β’ Experience selling CRM SaaS a plus β’ 3-10yrs of experience in Enterprise Account management and sales
